I am a dual-Ph.D. candidate at Penn State. My research centers around the application of machine learning to text data. Substantively, my research addresses pressing questions in political communication and the intersection of religion and politics. Post-graduate school, I intend on a career in data science, translating my programming and research design skills to an industry setting, generating new insights from large stacks of data.
